our Story
Once apon a time there was a little Red Iguana.
He grew up in San Joser, CA and always wanted a band of his own. He was in a really cool band called LifeUnderwater in the late 80s and another cool band called GLU that ended up on a Japanese TV show.
But time went by and he moved in and out of other people's bands before someone suggested: "Why don't you roll your own?"
So in 2016, after 16 years in Japan he did! He put out a request for musicians, and after burning through a few players, Laura and Andre officially joined him to form RediguanaBand.
Since then, Yossy joined on drums and Akky joined (and then left) on bass, to be replaced by Lou in 2017, who was then replaced in 2019 by Johnny Itoh.
Now we perform at clubs such as No Name-Bar, Merry You, Crossroads, B-Space Biscuit Time and of course the annual Yarafesu (Yaramaika Music Festival)

アメリカ人とブラジル人、他 率いるInternationalな Bandです。やらまいかMF第10回記念に結成しました。ヒッピーでサイケなファッションがトレードマーク。
50〜70年代のPopsサイケなサウンドを演奏します。やらまいかは、今年2020年で5回目になります。
年に2〜３回、多国籍 BarなどでLiveも行っています。私達のサウンドを一緒にどうぞお愉しみください。
出演料については 今までは有無、両方でした。交通費は、駐車場を使用する必要があれば 支給いただけると有難いです。音響については PAは、マイク(スタンド含む)なども整っている環境が望ましいです。
